Allison's Monkey Invites

These invites were pretty labor intensive, but they turned out quite cute.

Here is a page from Chloe's Album that I particularly like. More will be posted soon!

Premade Scrapbook Page

Here's a premade layout ($18). Just add pictures! I made this about 5 minutes ago and the glue on the buttons hasn't dried yet. Also, I plan to add a few more embellishments here and there, but you get the idea.

Wedding Card

I think this is a nice change from the froufy (yes, that's a word) white & silver cards...

Not for Sale

But aren't these the cutest darn things? They are for a baby shower tomorrow. (You can't really tell from the picture, but the little blue things are tiny plastic pacifiers I found at the party store.)

Hot off the Presses...

It's Derek's 3rd Birthday Party Invitation! The leaf of the large pumpkin pulls out with the party information on it.

Another Happy Birthday Card

Here's an oldie I made for grandma, who loves giraffes.

1st Birthday Invite

Here's Derek's 1st birthday party invitation. He had an elephant theme, in honor of his most favorite stuffed animal Ella.

This is a two fold invite. The picture part lifts up and the party information is underneath.

Old School

Here is the last page of Derek's 1st Year Album. I had to make a whole separate album of all his birthday cards and the pictures we took at the party.

March 2008

This year Derek's album has calendars for each month detailing important moments. This design is more simple...but I liked the swirly design on the paper and copied it on the brown page with hole punched circles.

Derek Weeds the Garden

This is one of my favorite pages because I love the colors and papers. (The kid's no slouch, either.)

Mama Rey...aka Monterey

Summer Vacation 2007

This is another good layout for all the pictures that aren't suitable for framing but are still really cute!

Future All Star

Derek's 2nd Birthday Party

This is one of Evan's favorite pages. It's a really good way to use lots of pictures.

Cards for GG and Grandma

Here are some cards I've made for grandma and great-grandma over the years...

Year of the Rat

Here's one of Derek celebrating Chinese New Year at the library near our house. In the corner is a list of the Chinese words Derek knows. (Many of them are food related!)

Meet August

Baby announcements for Kimm and her new little peanut!

These announcements were particularly complicated because of the die cutting of "august" and the insert. Similar announcements would be $40 for 10 plus shipping.

Grandma's Album

This is a scrapbook I made for my mother in law to fill out for Derek. The ones you can buy at bookstores just didn't seem to fit with our family makeup, so a personalized one turned out to be the best bet. Grandma was instructed to take her time completing the album and then share it with Derek when it is finished. Inside there are pages for recording family history, memories, and future advice.

A Tribute to PEEP

The Thinker

Adventures in Babyfood

Here's one of Derek's pages from his Year 1 Scrapbook.

Legoland

They make Lego paper, and really cute ($$$) stickers, but I couldn't make those work. I was very proud of my 3-D handmade legos!
